Integrated Project Delivery is a Win-Win-Win
 
This web site is intended to be a place to post and share experience in the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) building program process.  
It is applicable for Design-Build projects joined by the D-B Firm, Building Owner, and the IPD Facilitator, as well as, Joint Venture projects joined by the Designers, Builder, Building Owner, and IPD Facilitator and also via the 2007 AIA-IPD Guide approach.

The Phases of this project delivery process are different than traditional Design-Bid-Build or Construction Management and are intended to “break the mold” on designing, building, operating, and maintaining a building program that an Owner has invested their money, time, and reputation to achieve a sustainable venture.  We want to make sure there are no preconceived ideas that this project delivery method is just another way to build a project.  We are suggesting new phases, new methods, true teamwork, trust, and deliverables that make this IPD approach a Win-Win-Win.

This web site will routinely post suggestions, standardized templates, project experience, lessons-learned, and ideas to strive to make this
